Banking and finance
Harrisburg-based Life Sciences Greenhouse Investments named Rebecca Stametz and Dr. Haichen Yang board members. Stametz is vice president of digital transformation with Geisinger Steele Institute for Health Innovation. Yang is vice president of clinical research with Amicus Therapeutics.

Construction
Pequea Township-based CCS Building Group named Bill Koch Jr. executive vice president. Koch will oversee project management and preconstruction teams, cultivate and develop relationships with clients and partners and implement growth and business strategies. Todd Shertzer was named vice president of finance and administration. Shertzer will handle financial activities and oversee human resources, information technology and business development. Paige Geiger was named executive assistant. Geiger will handle accounts payable, payroll and supporting the company’s executives. Ted Gallagher was named director of development.

Lancaster-based Wohlsen Construction Co. named Sarah Kneller vice president of construction for the Pennsylvania Region. She is a professional engineer.

Government
Manchester Township-based York County Solid Waste Authority elected Patrick Ball chairman, Matt Sommer vice chairman, Felicia Dell secretary, John Klinedinst treasurer and Charles Renn assistant secretary/treasurer. CGA Law Firm was named solicitor and Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP was named auditor.

Health care
WellSpan Health named Hilda Shirk chair of the board of directors. Joe Crosswhite was named vice chair. Shirk is retired president & CEO of Lancaster Health Center, and Crosswhite is senior executive vice president of M&T Bank. Board members are Mandy Arnold, president and CEO of Gavin; Elaine Bonneau, lead consultant with Bonneau & Associates; Richard Broadbent, president of Bench Dogs; Philip Fague, executive vice president of wealth management and mortgage with Orrstown Bank; Richard Farr, executive director of rabbittransit and Capital Area Transit; Dr. William Funk, retired founder of Cocalico Dental Offices; Roxanna Gapstur, president and CEO of WellSpan Health; Stephen Holoviak, retired from Penn State Mont Alto; Kevin Jackson, independent contractor; Paul Minnich, partner with Barley Snyder. Linda Pugh, retired professor of the University of North Carolina Wilmington’s School of Nursing; and Andy Williford, head of human resources with Volvo Construction Equipment.

Law
Manheim Township-based Saxton & Stump named Sara C. Arndt senior director of success and integration. Arndt will oversee the marketing and business development teams and focus on lateral recruiting. Jillian Tice was named a marketing content strategist. Karan Kim was named a graphic designer.

Scranton-based Myers Brier & Kelly LLP named Timothy E. Gates an attorney in the litigation, voting rights and consumer regulatory defense practice groups. Gates also will manage the Harrisburg office.

Manufacturing
West Manchester Township-based Holla Spirits LLC named Ian Kobos chief sales officer and partner. Kobos will be responsible for sales, brand management, brand development, distributor relations, departmental hiring and coaching and annual business planning.

Marketing
Harrisburg-based Wakeen & Company named Carol Fastrich Aranos vice president of strategy. Aranos will oversee the Wakeen Strategies brand. Jonathan Berger was named vice president and executive producer. Berger will lead the Wakeen Studios brand. Wes Snider was named vice president of engagement of Wakeen Pages. Snider will provide media buying resources to agencies and in-house buying teams.

Media
Comcast named Ray Roundtree senior vice president of its Pittsburgh-based Keystone Region, which includes Central Pennsylvania. Roundtree will oversee operations, strategic and financial performance.

Real estate
York Township-based J.C. Bar Properties named Jim Voulopos chief financial officer. Voulopos will track cash flow, analyze the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and propose strategic direction. Josh Myers was named controller. Myers will oversee tenant financial relations, operational reporting, system management and acquisitions analysis.

Manheim Township-based True Commercial Real Estate named Chris E. Seitz executive vice president of asset management and associate broker.

York-based Investment Real Estate LLC named Brian Davis vice president of development and construction. Davis will lead the Investment Real Estate Construction team, help set goals and guide strategic planning. Victoria Myers was named accounting manager for the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies. Myers will provide accounting for Investment Real Estate Construction, manage the accounting team, process payroll and handle monthly financial reporting. Moove In Self Storage named Shaun Lewy vice president of operations. Lewy will oversee Moove In stores and staff throughout the region.

Senior care
West Donegal Township-based Masonic Village at Elizabethtown named Rev. Deborah Valiton-Carnish director of spiritual care. Valiton-Carnish will coordinate all aspects of worship, education and religious rituals; serve as senior pastor of the Congregation of Sell Chapel; and provide pastoral counseling, companionship and spiritual awareness.

Technology
The Voith Group named Stephanie Vandertie vice president of West Manchester Township-based Corporate Center for North America and a board member of Voith US Inc. Vandertie will lead and manage Voith’s general business services and center of competence teams in the North American region and coordinate with global functional management to deliver services. Also, Vandertie will continue as managing attorney for Voith North America.
