Warehouse slated for Mechanicsburg

A Montgomery County industrial-development company is building a 310,000-square-foot warehouse on about 25 acres in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.

A Montgomery County industrial-development company is building a 310,000-square-foot warehouse on about 25 acres in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.

Seagis Property Group broke ground last fall on the more than $20 million project and hopes to wrap up construction by May, said Paul A. Ferdas, leasing agent with CB Richard Ellis‘ Philadelphia office, which is marketing the building. The building is at 35 Dauphin Dr.

Seagis has developed 115 buildings totaling 7.9 million square feet up and down the eastern seaboard, according to the company.
