Vic Grizzle has served as president and chief executive officer of Armstrong World Industries since 2016. He joined the company in January 2011 as executive vice president.

He brings to his role more than 30 years of experience in driving efficient manufacturing and process improvements, managing large-scale, global sales and marketing teams and leading international businesses to achieve growth.

Grizzle is proud to work with the talented team of AWI employees in growing the company by making a positive difference in the spaces where we live, work, learn, heal and play. He is passionate about how expectations in architecture, design and construction are shifting and evolving to prioritize healthy, sustainable building solutions. Because we spend 90% of our time in buildings, Vic is committed to helping to make our offices, schools, retail environments and other spaces, healthier and safer.

Grizzle enjoys fly fishing, golf, hiking, kayaking and biking. He loves family and enjoys adventures with his three children such as skiing out West, cave diving in Belize, bungee jumping, para-gliding; all of which must end with a barbecue and a good glass of wine.
