With help from the company, ten Worley & Obetz insiders owned a total of 18 properties across three states, and the trustee overseeing the company’s bankruptcy case wants to sell those properties to pay back creditors, LNP reported on Thursday.

One of the insiders is Worley & Obetz’s former vice chairman and co-owner, Seth Obetz, who said trustee Christine Schubert’s criticism “was simply false and slanderous.” Read the full LNP report here.

Since June, Schubert has been actively trying to find a way to pay off the company’s many debtors, including four Pennsylvania banks.
