Triple Crown Corp Inc. is acquiring an incomplete townhouse
development in Cumberland
County, said John
DiSanto, company president.

The Lower
Paxton Township
residential development, builder and property management company plans to
finish Brook Meadow, which will include 10 townhouses each priced at roughly
$155,000, DiSanto said.

The company recently announced it bought two Cumberland County single-family residential
developments. Foxwood, in Silver Spring
Township, will include 35 houses, and
The Manor at West Port, in Lower
Allen Township,
will include 19 houses.

Triple Crown bought the mortgages for Foxwood and The Manor
at West Port from PNC Bank, DiSanto said.
Maryland-based Altieri Homes Inc. was developing Foxwood and The Manor at West Port
before it went bankrupt. Triple Crown foreclosed on the properties after it
acquired the mortgages. It then took the developments in a sheriff sale,
DiSanto said.

The company is acquiring Brook Meadow the same way, he said.
