President
Pasch Companies
As a full-service developer, Pasch Companies handles all aspects of real estate development, investment, and management. He oversees the acquisition, design, engineering, construction, leasing, property management, and maintenance of the companies’ projects, including Freedom Square, one of the region’s largest master-planned communities.
Pasch has served in his current position since he incorporated the company in 1990.
It gives him satisfaction to see the firm’s projects come to fruition. Watching families work and play in spaces the firm has created is very satisfying. “Thanks to the success of our company, we’ve been able to establish our Pasch Family Foundation, which helps our community with much needed funding for home builds, food, and much more,” Pasch said.
He said his parents were important mentors. “My father, Ken Pasch, was an amazing man and my best friend. I watched how hard both he and my mom worked to raise eight children. They taught us so many great values, to be independent, and to follow our Lord. We know ‘who you become is infinitely more important than what you do or what you have’,” he said.
His advice to young people entering his field: “I learned this a long time ago and it helps me every day. It requires zero talent, and yet it will get you to where you want to be in life. Be on time, be prepared, have a great work ethic and attitude, and put forth maximum effort — those characteristics can take you anywhere,” Pasch said.
