Henry has served seven years in his current position.

His goal is to unleash the incredible skills and talents of the bank’s team to the benefit of its customers, shareholders, and each other. His leadership style supports team members’ growth by encouraging individual decision-making and accountability and by promoting personal growth and growth of the team.

Henry had planned to be a dairy farmer. However in 1982, he fell into the opportunity to learn about the banking industry and found out he really enjoyed being able to help others build wealth. “I find community banking to be a very honorable vocation, and I have never looked back on my decision to get into the industry,” he said.

With the birth of his first grandson over three years ago, he found out that he really enjoys being Poppi. He currently has three grandchildren, and enjoys all of them. “Nothing beats taking a drive in a golf cart with a three-year-old. You learn quickly that there is no such thing as a straight line to anywhere,” Henry said.
