Henry has served as president and CEO for seven years. He is responsible for guiding the direction of the company and being responsive to its board of directors and shareholders. “To do that effectively I need to maintain a good understanding of where the company is today while looking several years forward to where the company should be in order to bring the most value to our shareholders, customers, communities and employees,” he says.
He says last year the company’s headquarters was relocated, two branches were renovated, and the company adopted “Salesforce”, a customer relationship management software that affects every area of the bank. “We did this while continuing to operate day-to-day in a post-pandemic economy that was very dynamic. Meeting customer, shareholder, employee and community needs was challenging, but we met the challenge with the combined efforts of a talented senior management team and a great team of dedicated employees,” Henry says.
