The midstate has some of the top real estate agents in Pa.

In the latest “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” list from Colorado-based Real Trends, Zillow and Trulia — which lists the top agents in every state and metropolitan area — four of the top 10 agents and a top five team in the commonwealth are in Central Pennsylvania.

Almost 12,600 U.S. real estate sales associates from every state are featured in this year’s America’s Best list. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2016. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume in 2016.

Some eligible sales professionals opt not to share their data or may not know of the list, so they are not included.
