The Hershey Co. appointed Patricia A. Little as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective March 16.
As Hershey’s top financial officer, Little will oversee the company’s global finance organization and will have responsibility for the financial management, planning and operations for the company’s $7.4 billion enterprise.
She will be a part of the Derry Township company’s global leadership team reporting to President and CEO John P. Bilbrey, Hershey said in a news release.
“We are very pleased to have Patricia joining our executive team,” Bilbrey said. “Patricia is a talented CFO with outstanding experience in leading both corporate and financial strategy domestically and internationally. She has extensive knowledge of emerging markets and her track record demonstrates an ability to help create value and growth.”
Little has more than 30 years of “broad financial experience,” the release said, including stints at Kelly Services and Ford Motor Co. Currently, Little is executive vice president and CFO for Kelly Services Inc., an employment agency and recruitment company. She serves as a board member and chairwoman of the audit committee of McCormick & Company Inc.
Prior to joining Kelly in 2008, she spent 24 years with Ford, holding leadership roles in both corporate and operational finance.
Little has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Drake University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon. She will relocate to the Hershey area with her husband, the release said.
