Conklin has served as president of Homesale Mortgage for two years. She has more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience and was vice president of HomeSale Mortgage.

In her position, she manages loan officers and operations staff and leads mortgage loan functions. She also sets corporate policies and procedures to increase production and further foster the relationship between HomeSale Mortgage and Homesale Realty.

Conklin’s experience in the mortgage industry enables her to work through all aspects of the loan transaction and make it as easy as possible for the buyers. She said she truly enjoys helping clients achieve their goal of home ownership.
