Routinely we review investment performance, Investment Policy Statement criteria, fees, fiduciary training, the participant communications program and industry best practices.”
She said it’s challenging to stay connected with clients in this virtual environment “and when they are as busy as ever. We don’t want to lose the human touch and we want to ensure we are making the most of our clients’ time. We’ve recently created a newsletter focused on fiduciary topics and a video series that focuses on an important economic topic so our clients can review when it’s convenient for them. In my spare time, I love to cook so also pass along favorite recipes for clients to enjoy.”
