Three years after moving to North York, Old Republic Distillery is investing in a much larger still to boost its production volumes and expand its lineup of craft spirits. Old Republic was the first small-scale distillery to open in Central Pennsylvania after Pennsylvania created a limited distillery licensing category in 2012.
