Three multifamily properties in the greater Harrisburg area sold for a combined $8.2 million, announced The Kislak Co. Inc., which marketed the listings.

The sales included the following:

· Twin Pines, 4341 Carlisle Pike, Hampden Township, with 34 units for $3.85 million;

· 403 S. Baltimore St., Dillsburg, with 22 units for $2.15 million; and

· Parktowne Apartments, 3800 Elmerton Ave. and 1100 Morton Drive, Susquehanna Township, with 21 units for $2.2 million.

Twin Pines is on 1.38 acres with onsite parking. The two-story, brick, garden apartment style building includes 14 one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units and four undefined bedroom units.

The two-story, vinyl-sided building in Dillsburg consists of six one-bedroom units, a two-bedroom unit and 11 undefined bedroom units. Some have steps leading up to the back, with wooden decks. Onsite parking is available.

Parktowne Apartments features a pair of three-story brick buildings containing five one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units with onsite laundry and parking.

Matt Wolf, Kislak senior vice president, represented the sellers and procured the purchasers, none of whom were disclosed. “The Harrisburg rental market and surrounding areas have been very strong in terms of rent growth,” Wolf said in a release, “making it very attractive for investors across the mid-Atlantic.”
