Lancaster city developer Benjamin Lesher began working on his first development as a side hustle while working at a Mechanicsburg-based real estate development firm. 

Contract office furniture dealer, Benjamin Roberts Ltd., is set to sell its headquarters of 35 years to the developer of Lancaster’s Stadium Row apartments. 

Stadium Row, the first Lancaster city rental community in more than 60 years constructed from the ground up, welcomed its first tenants July 31.
