West Shore Home has purchased Virginia-based Skyline Windows of Richmond, the company announced.
Headquartered in Mechanicsburg, West Shore Home specializes in window, door and bath remodeling and replacement; most projects are completed in a day.
Skyline Window, a window replacement business that serves Richmond and the central Virginia region, recorded $4.5 million in sales in 2020 and brings two dozen additional employees to West Shore Home.
This is West Shore Home’s eighth acquisition since 2018, and its second in Virginia. It operates in 11 other states as well – Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas – with more than 27 locations. The company is exploring expansion into in Austin, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Phoenix; and Salt Lake City.
