Cumberland County general contractor Mowery has announced new members of its leadership team, including a new chief operating officer.

York-based Stewart & Tate Construction has been chosen to build a new high-end auto dealership in Cumberland County for the Faulkner Automotive Group.

The Real Estate Collaborative entered into an agreement Monday with Silver Spring Township-based contractor Mowery to purchase the former Lemoyne Middle School set to be developed into an apartment complex called The Lofts at 701 Market Street.

Shaner Hotel Group has started construction on a 108-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.

Silver Spring Township has been the second-fastest growing township in Pennsylvania this decade; Lebanon and Mount Joy were each fifth among cities and boroughs.
