Gov. Josh Shapiro signed an executive order creating the Pennsylvania Office of Transformation and Opportunity and the Economic Development Strategy Group. 

Praise for the winners and optimistic glances to the future figured in the fallout from last week’s victories by Josh Shapiro in the Pennsylvania gubernatorial race and John Fetterman for a seat in the U.S. Senate.

The PA Chamber of Commerce was joined by local lawmakers and business leaders at the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp. headquarters in Bethlehem Thursday to highlight the benefits of business tax reform in the 2022-2023 budget. 

The state’s recently enacted state tax reform package was lauded by the Pennsylvania Chamber and state and local officials in Lancaster today.
