Lower Allen Commons, a 17,300-square-foot retail center in Lower Allen Township, sold for $10 million, commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap announced Wednesday.

A 5,500-square-foot net-leased building at 2990 Eastern Blvd., Springettsbury Township, sold for $3.184 million to Melchris Holdings LLC, according to commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.

A 90-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Harrisburg S in Mechanicsburg sold for $10.2 million to Mechanicsburg HIX LLC. 

Real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a 188-unit manufactured housing community in Palmyra for $18 million.
