Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty is growing once again.

ISI Financial Group, a Lancaster-based Registered Investment Advisor that manages more than $700 million in client assets, has merged with Towson, Maryland-based Greenspring Advisors. 

As of Tuesday, Brownstone Real Estate Co. has merged with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, both agencies confirmed. 

AgChoice Farm Credit, Mechanicsburg and Maryland-based MidAtlantic Farm Credit merged July 1 to form Horizon Farm Credit. 

Mechanicsburg-based Pennsylvania American Water, the largest investor-owned utility in the state, has completed its purchase of the wastewater system assets of Upper Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County, which serves approximately 1,550 customers.

Lancaster-based Saxton & Stump has completed its merger with Charleston, S.C.-based law firm Spitz & Neville. 

AJC Professional Services LLC, with offices in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, has been purchased by Syracuse-based Barton & Loguidice, enlarging the multidisciplinary consulting firm’s growing presence in Pennsylvania and the mid-Atlantic market.

Agricultural lending cooperatives AgChoice Farm Credit and MidAtlantic Farm Credit announced that they are merging to form Horizon Farm Credit, effective July 1. 

Harrisburg-based Ritter Insurance Marketing, an independent marketing organization specializing in Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans, is being purchased by Integrity Marketing Group LLC, a distributor of life and health insurance and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions.

ElectraComm Services Inc., a Chambersburg-based commercial electrical services company, has been acquired by Capital Telecom Services. 

Spring Grove-based Pixelle Specialty Solutions Holding LLC announced Monday that it has signed an agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm with $48 billion of equity capital under management. 

Dillsburg, York County-based NTM Engineering announced this week that it has completed an acquisition with a woman-owned environmental consulting firm in Delaware County. 

Following its merging with Lancaster-based SlateHouse Property Management and Realty last year, tech-enabled real estate and property management platform, Home365, announced a Series B venture funding round of $26 million. 

Lancaster-based Fulton Financial Corp., with offices in Lehigh Valley, has entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger to acquire Prudential Bancorp Inc., Philadelphia. 

Waltham, Massachusetts-based Thermo Fisher Scientific plans to invest $40 million to expand its single-use technology manufacturing facility in Millersburg.
