In HIS Name HR LLC, headquartered in Lancaster, announced the addition of Paul Jaspers as human resources partner. 

Since 2011, the company has put in place high-performance HR programs for Christian-value-based for-profit companies and organizations. Clients include Christian colleges, ministries, camps and churches. 

In this new role, Jaspers – who possesses decades of human resources experience – will support clients in achieving their goals and scaling their organizations. 

Jaspers previously led HR activities for a private international consumer products company in Chester County, helping them grow global sales from $50 million to $400 million. 

After that, he worked with a family-owned Lancaster County manufacturing company, and a church with weekend attendance of 17,000 and a staff of 250 covering 16 locations.
