The board of directors of Lancaster-based Everence Federal Credit Union has tapped Kristen M. Heisey to be president and CEO. Heisey, who will oversee the credit union’s day-to-day operations, took over June 27 and joins the Everence Financial senior leadership team, reporting to the organization’s president and CEO, Ken Hochstetler.
