Carlisle and Harrisburg organizations received grants from Pennsylvania American Water supporting the company’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equity efforts. 

Mid Penn Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc., has partnered with WITF to inform and educate its employees and communities on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the Mid Penn Community. 

Businesses must acknowledge disparities in their workforce, be authentic in the change they want to make, be accountable for that change and be prepared to take action if they want a diverse and inclusionary workforce, said Sara Taylor, president and CEO of Rochester, New York-based Positive Steps.
