As co-founder/owner since 1996, he guides Navarro & Wright’s direction to adhere to its mission. He said he is fortunate to be able to rely on a great management team to implement the firm’s strategic plan, so he can focus on entering new markets, establishing new business and being active in community and professional organizations.

As co-founder, he held the title of president until 2013 and then became president and CEO.

He is very proud to see the firm grow from humble beginnings to one of the largest, multi-disciplined engineering companies in central Pennsylvania. Navarro& Wright has a great team of over 200 professionals servicing various markets and fully committed to consistently delivering high quality services. He said he is very proud of all the staff.

He said if he had to choose one lesson over other important ones it would be perseverance. “The road to success has many pitfalls and/or failures. Each failure provides an opportunity to learn but you must stay on the road and persevere as you pursue your goals and vision,” he said.

Navarro enjoys tennis, golf, traveling and spending time with his family. He also enjoys involvement with non-profit and professional organizations to give back and continue to learn. “I strive to pass on my experience to those that are around me or that will come after me,” he said.

Besides overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s projects, Pasch also handles sales and overall construction on job sites. He said he always tells his workers, “I’ll be the first one in and the last one to leave. I want them to know I’m there for anything and everything they need.”

Pasch founded the company in 1990 and has served as its president since then.

While he is proud of many accomplishments, he says the most fulfilling is the Timothy F. Pasch Family Foundation. Thanks to the success of Pasch Companies, the foundation can provide funding for food, clothing and other essential items for children, veterans and organizations in the community.

Pasch said he is lucky to say he absolutely loves his job, but the days can be long and hectic.

Spending time honing his skills on the golf course and with family and friends for some good cocktails, laughs, and conversation are pastimes that are much needed and tremendously enjoyed.

Rohrbaugh said the firm strives to provide its clients good design solutions as well as aid them in navigating the building and permitting processes.

She began her career at Architecture Workshop Inc. in 1981 and ultimately bought the company.

The professional accomplishment she’s most proud of is always her last project. She said Architecture Workshop’s projects aren’t about “us” or “me.” Instead, the work is to provide the best solution for clients to help them to achieve their goals.

What she does for fun: Look at buildings … course ! Rohrbaugh said she loves to look at buildings, old and new. It’s great to see how the building processes and materials have changed or evolved.

Seitz representing the company in the community, maintaining relationships with existing clients, architects and engineers, and developing new client relationships and new business opportunities.

He’s been with Alexander Building Construction for over 24 years. Seitz served as company president for 12 years before transitioning to his current role as senior director of business development two years ago.

As the president of the company from 2008 through 2019, he’s proud that the company developed long-term relationships with many clients and community leaders in Central Pennsylvania. At the same time, the company developed internal personnel for project level and corporate level leadership roles that will ensure the company’s future success.

He shared two important life lessons. He said good things will result when you make a commitment; work hard and see it through. And, treating people with respect and sincerity leaves a positive lasting impression on them.

For fun, Seitz spends time with his children and grandchildren. He said his children and their spouses fill him with tremendous pride, and his grandchildren make him laugh and keep him young. He and his wife also enjoy spending time at the Jersey shore with family and friends.

He has been in the position for six years.

“I am extremely proud of the agility and grit shown by the High team in tackling the 2020 COVID challenges. Every day our team demonstrated unwavering commitment to keeping each other healthy, executing very well for our customers and delivering on critical investments for our future,” Shirk said.

The most important life lesson he’s learned is that life is a team sport, and success comes from having a lot of great coaches and teammates along the way. “I am particularly fortunate to have a wife and kids that make me better. They’re my MVPs,” he said.

For fun, Shirk enjoys “pretty much any activity on the water … fishing, boating, crabbing, or just jumping in the waves with the kids.”

Stine joined Bennett Williams Commercial in 1999 after graduating from Penn State University. He started as a retail leasing agent at Bennett Williams and was made a partner and promoted to vice president in 2008. He was promoted to president and CEO of the company in 2012.

His primary focus is new construction development and leasing, as well as site selection for national tenants such as Aldi, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Advance Auto, Dunkin Donuts, The Greene Turtle, AT&T, and Little Caesars.

Outside of life at Bennett Williams, Stine spends most of his time juggling various activities and sporting events with his wife and three children.

Additionally, he is responsible for managing the company’s business relationship with NAI Global, providing real estate counseling and overseeing relationships with specific corporate clients.

Zellers joined NAI CIR in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and in 2006 was named a partner. In 2013, he began the process of purchasing the firm and was named president. With his partner, Nik Sgagias, Zellers completed the full stock purchase in 2016.

He is most proud of his team’s ongoing commitment to always adapt and evolve, and continuing NAI CIR’s position as central Pennsylvania’s leading commercial industrial real estate firm. He said the company provides an industry-leading platform for its agents to grow, expand and be true leaders in the business community.

He loves family time; he said there’s no greater joy than spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren. Zellers also enjoys travelling – especially to Turks & Caicos, where the family has great “island” friends – plus biking on challenging hills and competing in triathlons. He said triathlons are particularly enjoyable as his age group matures. He likes to believe all his peers are getting older and slower.

Bankert serves as lead representative for the firm, driving strategic communications and leading client relationship management. While overall firm management is his main focus, he also oversees a team as director of architecture and manages projects as a registered architect.

Bankert has held many roles throughout his 32 years at Warehaus. He has served in the CEO role for the past two years.

“When I look at our firm today, I am most proud of the part I’ve played in assembling the group of talented people that inspire me daily with their innovative, outstanding work,” he said.

Most important life lesson: it takes a lifetime to build a reputation and minutes to lose it. “I was taught early in my career to treat every client, employee and project with honesty and integrity,” Bankert said.

“My biggest escapes have been tougher to do this past year, but I enjoy traveling with my family and attending Penn State and Philadelphia Eagles football games,” Bankert said.
