Jason Grace, CCIM, SOIR
Managing Principal & CEO
Landmark Commercial Realty
As managing principal, Grace continues to serve his corporate clients while providing directional leadership to the firm’s team of producers and fostering a collaborative work environment for the real estate brokerage operation. As an engaged industry leader who is instrumental in the firm’s business development practice, he helps guide the organization’s executive team to push the limits in achieving new goals while helping expand the traditional expectations of a regional independent commercial real estate brokerage office.
Grace acquired Landmark Commercial Realty, founded in 1988, in January 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Grace spent the last 20 years as the top producer for the firm, serving local, regional and corporate clients and investors. Over the last two decades, Grace has also served on several boards throughout southcentral Pennsylvania, including The Boys & Girls Club, YMCA and Saint Theresa Parish Athletic Association, and as a Harrisburg Academy Trustee.
Grace is particularly proud of assembling one of the most dynamic and talented brokerage teams in central Pennsylvania. His educational and professional accomplishments are lengthy: A 2005 graduate of the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University, he earned his master’s in Corporate Real Estate as well as attaining membership within the CCIM & SIOR national network – designations held by less than 5% of all commercial real estate brokers in the country and based on various requirements including production, deal experience, integrity and ethics, as well as peer recommendations.
With six children at home, Grace can be found coaching a variety of youth sports on any typical weekend including lacrosse, basketball, baseball and football. He and his wife, Lauren, spend as much time as they can getting away each summer with their children (Tucker, Emma, Trey, Tighe, Trevor and Elsie) to their favorite New Jersey beach town of Cape May.
