Lower Allen Commons, a 17,300-square-foot retail center in Lower Allen Township, sold for $10 million, commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap announced Wednesday.

Marcus & Millichap announced Monday the sale of a two-property dental office portfolio in central Pennsylvania for $2.6 million, according to Sean Beuche, regional manager and broker of record. 

The Ronald Reagan Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse located in Harrisburg’s central business district sold for $10.01 million to a Delaware LLC with an office in New York City. 

Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries has sold four of its eight senior living communities, including Frey Village in Middletown.

A 24-unit multifamily property in Shippensburg was recently sold for $2.15 million by The Kislak Company Inc., a Woodbridge, New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm.

The Radisson Hotel Harrisburg in Camp Hill sold for $5.9 million to an undisclosed buyer on Wednesday after a two-day auction.
