WellSpan Health president and CEO Dr. Roxanna Gapstur will join York-based Traditions Bank’s Board of Directors and the board of Traditions Bancorp on Wednesday. 

F&M Trust has completed the purchase of its new headquarters, the former Danfoss manufacturing facility at 1500 Nitterhouse Drive, Chambersburg.

Centric Financial Corp., the parent company of Centric Bank, announced that net income for the quarter ending March 31, 2021, totaled $3.6 million, or $0.43 per basic and diluted share, a record high level of quarterly earnings.

Melissa Miller, marketing manager and assistant vice president at F&M Trust, joined the Chambersburg-based bank’s marketing department shortly after graduating college.

The regional office is at 1103 Rocky Drive in West Lawn. It’s part of the company’s efforts to expand with eyes on Cumberland and York counties in 2021.

York-based PeoplesBank’s upcoming office in Lancaster will forego the fixtures of an average bank when it opens at Lancaster’s 101NQ building next year, the company announced Tuesday.
