A new Taco Bell is slated to open at the intersection of Trolley Run and Lititz Pike in Lititz this month.
The new fast food location is one of three Taco Bells currently in development through Harrisburg-based Landmark Commercial Realty. It includes dual drive-thru lanes, part of the company’s most recent design for its restaurants.
Along with the Lititz location, Taco Bell will be relocating its Elizabethtown restaurant and constructing a new unit in Mt Joy.
Ted Pfeifer, a retail expert with Landmark, negotiated the Lititz and Elizabethtown locations on behalf of Taco Bell. He also negotiated Taco Bell’s new location in Enola.
Taco Bell is expected to continue to expand in the South Central Pennsylvania market with restaurants opening in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg and other selected markets in the coming years, Landmark wrote in a press release.
Landmark is a full-service commercial and industrial brokerage firm with over 1,500 brokers and salespeople.
