The firm based in Devon, Chester County works with commercial and publicly-operated businesses on design and development projects and is the 25th-largest accounting group in the nation, according to a statement from Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed.
The company has offices around the globe and two other offices in Pennsylvania.
SMART will employ 10 workers at Strawberry Square. The company employs 370 across the state, according to Reeds office.
