Christian has served as president of The Cumberland Valley Business Alliance for six years. A partnership between the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce and the Greencastle Chamber of Commerce, the organization is south central Pennsylvania’s fastest growing regional business advocacy / support and networking organization with over 800 member businesses. Christian is responsible for leading the organization’s 10 person staff team to deliver a full spectrum of value added programs and benefits to the business community in Franklin County and surrounding areas.
“It’s all about workforce,” he says about 2022’s biggest challenge. “Our Members continue to struggle with filling needed positions in every facet of their operations. The CVBA focuses its energy on creating connections that help develop and deliver workforce solutions for our business community partners,” Christian says.
