Lancaster’s 101NQ building welcomed its first two tenants this month after more than two years of planning and renovations.

Starbucks opened this today at the newly renovated 101NQ building, marking the second business to open at the former Bulova building.

Cargas Systems, formerly located at 1310 Marshall Ave. in Lancaster, moved into its new 33,000-square-foot office space at 101NQ earlier this month and was the first tenant at the building since Bulova Technologies, a watch company based in New York City, left in 2008.

Developer Zamagias Properties, of Pittsburgh, bought the building on 101 North Queen St. in 2016, renamed it to 101NQ and renovated nearly 150,000 square feet of space for commercial and residential use.

Other tenants that plan to move it include Casa Carlo Italian market, Free Press, a men’s streetwear store, AM Luxe apparel and Blossom Med Spa.
