Starbucks-anchored retail center in York County sold for $3.8M

Round The Clock Center, a Starbucks-anchored retail strip center on Route 30 in Springettsbury Township, has a new owner.

A New Jersey-based buyer, 303 Arsenal Rd York LLC, purchased the center from York PA Realty LLC, a New York-based investor, for $3.8 million. The Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal.

In addition to Starbucks, the 9,737-square-foot center is home to four other tenants: Qdoba, AT&T, Hertz and uBreakiFix.

Craig Dunkle, an investment specialist at Marcus & Millichap, represented both the buyer and seller in the deal, which closed May 31.

“The property is located in a market with explosive retail and commercial growth taking place,” he said. “Two of the tenants renewed their leases during the marketing process, which showed the buyer strong signs of commitment to this retail location.”

The center is near Interstate 83 and sits across the street from a Sheetz and a Tru by Hilton hotel. The hotel opened last year.
