Antolik has been working as senior executive vice president and chief lending officer for the Indiana-based bank, according to a news release.
“Dave has served as an incredible asset to the bank over the 29 years,” Todd D. Brice, the bank’s CEO, said in a news release.
Antolik replaces Brice as president, but Brice will continue as CEO. The two will work collaboratively to grow the bank.
In addition to his duties as president, Antolik will remain chief lending officer and lead the commercial banking division, where he will also be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives in partnership with the bank’s market presidents, according to the release.
“In my new role, I look forward to leading and serving the employees and customers who make S&T the great financial institution that it is,” he said.
Antolik graduated with a degree in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1988. He currently acts as the vice chairman of the IUP Research Institute and is a member of the Indiana County Development Corporation’s board of directors.
S&T Bank has assets of $7.1 billion. It has branches in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York.
