Dauphin County hotel developer Areya Management has wrapped up its latest Central Pennsylvania project, SpringHill Suites Chambersburg, which is slated to open on Wednesday.
The 88-suite hotel is located at 451 Gateway Ave. in Chambersburg.
Designed to suit both business and leisure travelers, the hotel offers “a little extra space with suites larger than a typical hotel room,” a release said on Friday. Suites feature separate living, working and sleeping spaces. Rates begin at $139 per night.
The hotel also houses a bar and restaurant offering local craft beer and 450 square feet of meeting space.
Swatara Township-based Areya Management announced plans for the hotel, which it will manage, in October 2017.
Areya has been busy over the past year opening other hotels in Central Pennsylvania and converting existing properties to new brands. The company opened a Home2 Suites by Hilton in Silver Spring Township in May, a chain that, along with Hilton’s Tru brand, has seen locations pop up around Central Pennsylvania.
The hotelier also recently opened a Hotel Indigo in Swatara Township, which replaced a former Wyndham Garden.
