Sovereign Bank leader moves to York Traditions

Eugene J. Draganosky has left his post as a York County
leader for Sovereign Bank to join York Traditions Bank.

Eugene J. Draganosky has left his post as a York County
leader for Sovereign Bank to join York Traditions Bank. He is now a managing
director and chief credit officer at York Traditions, with oversight of credit
risks. He was previously regional president for Sovereign Bank, which is a
subsidiary of Philadelphia-based Sovereign Bancorp Inc.

Draganosky has more than 20 years of experience in the York County
market, including positions at the bank that is now Wachovia Corp., at Commerce
Bank/Harrisburg
, and at the former Waypoint Financial Corp., which Sovereign
acquired.

The move to York Traditions represents an opportunity to
shape operations at the highest level and to work at a bank deeply rooted in
the community, Draganosky said today. York Traditions is based in York Township
and was founded in 2002.
