The Arnolds were joined by Downtown Inc and other local officials at the 120 N. George St. restaurant.
The Arnolds have other business ties to York. Before purchasing The Left Bank, Sean Arnold was a founding board member of a pay-what-you-can café in downtown York and also ran a private supper club. Mandy owns Gavin, an advertising and public relations agency in downtown York’s WeCo neighborhood.
“When we bought The Left Bank last year, we knew we were entrusted with a restaurant beloved by many. Since then, we have maintained the quality and care that has gone into each and every dish for more than two decades,” Sean Arnold, who is also the chef at The Left Bank, said in a statement. “At the same time, we knew it would eventually be time to put our own touch on The Left Bank, and we hope our guests enjoy the improvements as much as they do the food.”
