Cooper has been in his current position for 16 years. As a partner at the Harrisburg-based personal injury law firm, he specializes in personal injury law with an emphasis on motor vehicle accident and insurance cases. He is the 2022-23 president of the Dauphin County Bar Association. Cooper is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) and served as its 2012-13 president.
In the last year, in addition to an active law practice, he was able to have a successful term as president of the Dauphin County Bar Association and still remain active with the trial lawyers and participate in several appellate arguments. “I was also part of a team of lawyers who successfully obtained an appellate opinion in support of businesses that sought insurance coverage for COVID closures. One of the handful in the country to obtain a success,” Cooper says.
