Manheim Township-based Saxton & Stump named Barry A. Solodky senior counsel and leader of its bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice. He has served clients for more than four decades in bankruptcy law and also assists in negotiating alternatives for bankruptcy. He is an appointed mediator in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and for 33 years he was a court-appointed Chapter 7 trustee. He has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
