Manheim Township-based Saxton & Stump named attorney Matthew Chabal III a shareholder. He focuses his practice on construction law and commercial litigation and will provide alternative dispute resolution services. He is a certified mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and as a panelist for the Dauphin County Bar Association Mediation Program. Previously, he was a partner at a Hershey law firm. He is a former U.S. Navy pilot who retired as a captain after 30 years of service. He has a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a law degree from Dickinson School of Law. Cynthia W. Pierce was named litigation assistant and client services professional. She has worked with Chabal for 15 years as a legal assistant serving the construction industry.
