Hershner has been a partner at Stock and Leader for 21 years.
Having served as Managing Partner of Stock and Leader for 10 years, he now serves on the firm’s management committee. He helps direct the strategic growth of the firm as it builds its capacity to serve the businesses and business owners of the region. Hershner’s primary practice areas are business transactions, commercial real estate, commercial finance and business planning.
He says completing the documentation and closings for the various loans, tax credit investments, capital investments, and contributions supporting the financing and renovation of the Yorktowne Hotel was indisputably the most complex set of transactions in his forty-plus year career. “There were many unique components and multiple interlocking parties. Looking past the challenges of the transactions, it was the project of my lifetime to support the revitalization of this vital community asset,” Hershner says.
