Highlighted by the sale of a York-area office building for nearly $6 million, Rock Commercial Real Estate announced $21 million in sales transactions and 563,000 square feet in lease transactions in the second quarter of this year.
The 28,040-square-foot office building, at 2600 Eastern Blvd., Springettsbury Township, was purchased by Eastern Boulevard Partners LLC for $5.95 million from EB Investors LLC.
A sampling of other sales transactions by Rock Commercial, which has locations in York and Lancaster, included an 83,733-square-foot industrial facility that brought $3.2 million and a 3,940-square-foot retail property bought for $320,000.
The industrial listing, at 262 Church St., Conewago Township, was sold by Eash & Gilbreath Family LP to Church Street Equities LLC; the retail space, at 260 Millhimes Road, Straban Township, was purchased by Travis A. Willow from Barry K. Aughenbaugh.
On the leasing side last quarter:
· Westfalia Technologies Inc. leased 31,280 square feet of industrial space at 1499 E. Philadelphia St., Spring Garden Township, from 1499 E Philadelphia LLC.
· Glen Rock Markets leased 1,154 square feet of retail space at 17 Main St., Glen Rock, from Salvatore and Angelina Cilluffo.
· The Exchange Consignment Boutique leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Warwick Center, Warwick Township, from Warwick Center LLC.
