NAI CIR
Zellers said he’s always strategically considering the firm’s course for the long-term success of the entire team. Daily, he coaches individual team members to identify resources and solve transaction challenges. He also spends a great deal of time strategizing with clients.
He’s been with NAI CIR for 18 years, joining in 2004 as COO. He began purchase of the firm in 2010.
Zellers satisfactions are helping the firm’s clients complete successful transactions and seeing team members grow professionally and personally. “Seeing those successes is my greatest personal reward,” he said.
Paul Mahoney, of Union Deposit Corp., has been a great mentor to Zellers. “He taught me to always protect the capital and to never show weakness in negotiations,” Zellers said.
He said real estate is a business of persistence. “Success in our industry is a result of consistently working hard, working smart, constantly learning and always really hearing our clients,” Zellers said.
