Grubic establishes HRG’s long-term vision and strategic objectives, mentors the president and leadership team, actively supports business development initiatives, and engages in client and community relations.
He’s held his current position for two years. He previously served as company president for over 30 years.
Grubic said The most satisfaction he’s derived from his professional career is to have recruited, trained, and mentored an outstanding group of dedicated individuals who have matured into extremely competent, loyal members of the HRG Team, and have risen to provide excellent client and community service.
An important mentor in his professional career was Bob Rowland, one of the founders of the firm, his first boss and subsequent business partner. “Bob instilled in me the importance of providing excellent engineering work and client service, as well as allowing me to grow, both personally and professionally, in the early stages of my career,” Grubic said.
“The best advice I can give to any young person entering the engineering profession today is to be passionate about what you do, communicate with your firm about your career path objectives, and place ethics and quality service as primary core values,” Grubic said.
