As CEO, Grubic establishes HRG’s long-term vision and strategic objectives and mentors and guides the firm’s president and leadership team. Grubic also supports business development initiatives and engages in client and community relations.
Grubic transitioned to the role of CEO two years ago, after serving as company president for more than 30 years.
He is proud to have the opportunity to lead and grow HRG into a great organization, while mentoring an outstanding team that works for the common good of the firm’s clients, the community and its employee owners.
For fun, he maintains a daily exercise routine and enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren, watching their sporting activities and sharing in their accomplishments. “I also enjoy boating and fishing, which allow me to get outside and appreciate the natural resources we are so fortunate to have in our region,” he said.
