Real estate forum set for Thursday

The Urban Land Institute Philadelphia District Council will host the Central Pennsylvania Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2008 Forum from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Harrisburg.

The Urban Land Institute Philadelphia District Council will host the Central Pennsylvania Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2008 Forum from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Harrisburg. Registration, networking and breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m.

Panel discussions will center on national and global real estate trends and trends affecting Central Pennsylvania, according to the Institute.

Panelists will include Chuck DiRocco, managing director of Industry Trends & Analysis, Urban Land Institute; Jack Kay, president and chief executive officer of Susquehanna Real Estate; and Thomas Richey, vice president of development and construction for Cedar Shopping Centers Inc.
