Principle Real Estate adds new partner
The firm announced this week that Michael Chicorelli of Elkridge, Md., has been added to the team.
Chicorelli has more than 10 years in the appraisal industry. He most recently served as a senior appraiser with Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell, which is part of Valbridge Property Advisors. Prior to that, he worked as an environmental engineer and consultant.
In his new role, he will handle commercial appraisal work and assist with day-to-day company operations.
Principle Real Estate Consultants, which also has offices in Ellicott City, Md., and the Washington, D.C., area, is now up to 10 people. The three offices allow the firm to serve clients in Delaware and northern Virginia.
