Presbyterian Senior Living opens $14.4M campus expansion project

Dillsburg-based Presbyterian Senior Living on Wednesday opened Westminster Place at Ware Apartments, a 61-unit apartment building on its Ware Presbyterian Village community in Chester County.

The $14.4 million apartment building includes 31 one- and two-bedroom units for individuals that meet annual income limits set by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.

The other 30 units come with entrance fees starting at $90,000 and monthly fees starting at $1,400.

Under the entrance and monthly fees, residents have access to all areas and services across the Ware campus, including the aquatic and fitness center, craft and hobby spaces, library and beauty and barber salon.

Presbyterian Senior Living is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of senior care in the country with 30 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
