P.F. Carlisle Inc. bought the 23,584-square-foot anchor
property for $2.1 million from a Chester County-based trust called Frank’s
Place, said Drew Bobincheck, who co-brokered the deal with Jason Grace.
Bobincheck is a real estate agent with Lemoyne-based Landmark Commercial Realty
Inc. Grace is a vice president with the firm.

P.F. Carlisle will renovate the space and hopes to open the
gym this fall, he said. Walnut Bottom is co-anchored by a Kmart store.

The former Staples was empty for about four months,
Bobincheck said. The office products store moved to a nearby location, he said.
