Philadelphia firm buys Camp Hill commercial real estate group

A Philadelphia-based commercial real estate group today said
it acquired Camp Hill’s Crossroads Commercial Realty.

A Philadelphia-based commercial real estate group today said
it acquired Camp Hill’s Crossroads Commercial Realty.

Crossroads founders George Lulos and William Aiello will
continue to run the office, according to Colliers Lanard & Axilbund, known
as CL&A, the firm that bought the company.

The company’s director of marketing, Marilyn Stork, would
not disclose a purchase price. Opening a Harrisburg-area office has been a part
of CL&A’s long-term plan, according to the company. 

CL&A has six offices, including its Camp Hill location,
throughout Delaware, New
Jersey and Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Camp
Hill office is at 20 S. 36th St.

CL&A is an affiliate of Colliers International, which
has 293 offices in 61 countries.
