Pet spa, garages and farmhouse decor: Look inside Lancaster County’s newest luxury apartments

The High Companies’ new apartment building caters to a clientele who is renting by choice, not by necessity.

High’s real estate and construction companies unveiled their recently completed The Reserve At Greenfield on Tuesday. The 107,000-square-foot, 82-unit building includes amenities like parking garages, farmhouse-inspired decor, a fitness center, a self-service pet spa, and a bicycle repair and storage facility. It is located at 357 Pitney Road in East Lampeter Township, next to High’s Greenfield Corporate Center.

High hopes these apartments will fill a demand for upscale apartments in Lancaster County’s increasingly tight rental market. The Reserve’s completion also comes at a time when High is looking to ramp up its rental game along the Mid-Atlantic through both new construction and acquisition of existing complexes.
